Returns are accepted at the customer’s shipping expense within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of purchase at Bowl Mill’s expense. Please call 800-828-1005 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (eastern time) for return authorization.
